On Saturday, the Peace Proms choir went to Liverpool M&S Bank Arena to perform for their concert. The cross-border orchestra that played the music for the children, was created to reduce tensions in Ireland and has grown so much that they were able to create the Peace Proms, eventually bringing it over to Liverpool and London. The rehearsals definitely paid off as the children did an amazing job and sang their little hearts out! Parents were able to purchase tickets to watch us perform and a great time was had by all. A big thank you to Mr Peetoom and Miss Duffy who gave up their Saturday to assist Miss Tither in leading the choir. Same again next year!
