Year 6 Leavers’ Celebration Day

Lots of fun activities were organised for our Year 6's last full day in school.  We'd like to say a big thank you to the PTA for hiring the inflatable assault course.  We had lots of races through the course - relays, head-to-head races and some incorporating some classic sports day events.  We had a couple of rounds of water-filled welly-wanging.  Thank you to the other classes for their involvement too.  At lunch, we all ate on the field and the other classes shared something special with the Year 6 children - bunting, a banner, portraits of each child and even a song.  Reverend John came to visit and presented them with a lovely edition of the Bible.  In the afternoon, Year 6 took photos with some lovely backdrops, had an epic water fight and finished with more fun on the assault course.
