Roman Dewa Museum

On Thursday 11th May, Eager Beavers visited The Roman Dewa Museum in Chester.  The children had a fantastic time learning how to become a Roman Legionary, marching through the streets of Chester.  Mr Hunt and Mrs Whalley-Smith also dressed up as gladiators.  In the Museum itself, the children learnt more about the Roman invasion of Britain, what the Roman lifestyle and diet consisted of and they were able to see real Roman artefacts and buildings.  I hope you enjoy looking through the pictures we took during our visit.
