Roald Dahl Day

Friday the 13th was Roald Dahl Day, we decided to celebrate this day by sharing one of his stories. The children learnt that Roald Dahl was an author. Some had heard of the story Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but no one had heard of the story of 'The Enormous Crocodile'. They absolutely loved the story and laughed out loud when the enormous crocodiles' clever tricks did not work. The children then used resources in the room to represent parts of the story. What a fantastic day we had, we hope you enjoy looking at our work.
